Kicker L7 vs a 13.5 '' W7

so i was wondering if anyone has some experince with these bad *** woofers....from word of mouth i hear the W7's are better.

Are the 12 or 15'' L7's in the same ball park SQ wise?

Does that square cone really make it pound harder than a flagship round sub?

anyways i was just wondering about this because i love the w6 v2 and still have

yet to hear a W7 .

the general concensus on the forums is that the L7 has below average sq but very good spl. the w7 has very god sq and good spl. it comes down to enclosure/install. one can easily make a w7 sound like ***. also one can make a w7 louder then an l7.

It really is up to the box that their put in... but yeah, the L7 is mostly an SPL woofer while the W7 is more of both.

both can sound good or sound bad....the W7 has some great features at a very high price tag...so something else to consider...

the jl is a fat as woofer.

bossman032- had a 13.5 w7 before now has 15" XXX

but I like the XXX better suits my needs perfect
