kicker L7 needing more power

What Brand Of Amp Should I Use For These Speakers Then? How Do I Get Them Down To 1 Ohm If They Are 4 Ohm Dvc's. How Are The Orion Amps Compared To The Planet Audio Amps? Is There A Rockford Or Kicker Amp That Will Give Me What I Need?

I am running two 12" L7's dual 4 ohm, and if you want to run them at 1 ohm, run them in parallel. As far as an amp is concerned, your budget will dictate which amp, but some good choise are:

Orion 1200D

Diamond Audio D5 1200.1

Kicker KX 1200.1

JBL 1200.1

Crossfire 1000D (this is what I have)

Hifonics Brutus BX1500D

Memphis MC1500D

There are many, many more, and I know that Planet Audio also makes a mono amp in that power range, although I am not sure the model number. I would recommend any amp that is mono and 1 ohm stable that puts out between 1000-1500 watts rms. Rockford mono amps are not 1 ohm stable.

friend of mine has his l7s running off a Hifonics bx1500

seems pretty loud
