Kicker L7 15" and Ported Box Question

First of all, this is my first thread posting, but i've been searching around the website for quite awhile now. Looking for your opinions on this setup right here, couldn't really find anything searching.

15" Custom Kicker L7 Sub Box S15L7 4FT^3@32Hz- what are your opinons on that size of the box and the tuning?

2007 Kicker S15L7 15" Solobaric L7 D4 Sub

Kicker ZX1000 or ZX1500 Amp- which amp would you run with the 15" Sub?

and any thoughts on how to wire it? i'm looking for nice deep bass, but also want it to sound good as well, doesn't have to sound perfect.

If you want a killer ground pounder I'd go with a little bigger box, but if that box is designed well I'm sure it will get the job done. I've had mine in two different aero boxes, 3.5 and 4.2 I've never tuned to 32 with it, but I was happy with how it played when tuned to 35ish.

Go ahead and get the 1500.1, it will be a good size for the L7 and a great amp for future setups. It's always nice to have a cushion by having a bigger amp than necessary. Just set your gain properly and your L7 should do well.

Sounds like a nice setup. I'd go with the 1500 though
