my idea is pay someone to figure out what is wrong with your shit or learn what the fk you are doing. one take some money the other takes some time. what do you have more of?

prob a blown voice coil, or the tinsel lead has become detacted from the vioce coil under the dust cap

or your ground wire is probably loose/detached from its base.
