I got a problem. I own both of these amps and I'm ready to install one of em. I don't need both of em and I don't know which one to put in. I'll be powering a set of polk mmc6500 comps with em and some rear speakers too. All help is appreciated. For signal its a clarion dxz955

Is it going to overpower the infinity and sound better doing it? Or just overpower it? Cause the kx is rated 75x4 @ 4. And the infinity is 111x4 @ 4

comparing amps of such similar quality -- power IS sound.

You'd have a REAL hard (impossible?) time picking one amp over the other based on SQ. I know Kicker amps are under-rated, but I would expect the Infinity to be more powerful by a few watts.

I ended up putting the kicker in there. And I am not disappointed one bit.
