Kicker KX350.2 VS Viper 400.2

I currently have a pair of Boston Acoustic Fx7 4x6's, but i will be upgrading to some Boston 746 4x6 plates. Im lookin for a 2 channel pushin anywhere from 60-150w@4ohm.. Got it down to either a kicker kx350.2 or a viper 400.2. the kicker can be had for about 150 shipped, as the Viper. The viper pushes about 125wrms..so i would obviously have to keep the gains down. Since the prices are the same, i just want some general opinions on which one would have the edge on the sound quality..

Don't have ay experience with the Viper amps, but Kicker stuff has always been solid- I just am not a fan of their current styling. Plus square subs are just wierd. War origional round Solobarics!
