I would be completely game for getting a h/o alt if i could fit a 300. But its hard to justify getting one when the highest i can get in that car a 200 amp alt and im going off to college in 6 months = no car.

a 200 amp will still be better than a stock one, i got my 200 amp alt for only 120

back on topic.. if u have the batts run them.. if not, i would get an ALt before i spent 225+on batts.. i paid 240 shipped for my Iraggi alt.. ordered it Monday and installed it Wednesday

thanks, and i agree with him it would be better to get that alternator and a battery instead of trying to get 2 big *** batteries, but if you don't get the alternator just set your gains carefully, and watch where your voltage is at

i had an orion 2500D on a stock alt and I was good, the voltage dropped but if your smart, nothing will hapen

running 2 identical batteries is what i would o less strain cause one battery wont drain power from another battery it would just be neutral. For instance I am getting a zx2500 and I am gonna have a kinetik 1800 under the hood for my starter batt and a 1800 in the rear as well with my stock 130 amp alt

also wouldnt the kicker be less strain since its 2500 @2ohm and the orion is 2500 @1ohm
