anyone got pics of the internals on this amp, or know how to remove the top of the amp so i can take a peak?

question 2: about how many watts will it put out on my electrical? stock alt(about 70 amps) and big 3. stock battery

i was lookin at the zx2500 on ampguts, but the zx amp seems longer than my kx amp. so they are pretty much the same then?

from what I hear the internals are the same...but I dont have a KX to compare it to. The ZX's are decently long but pretty skinny widthwise.

the ZX measurments are:

27-1/2"L x 2.1/8"H x 9 -5/8 "W

not sure of the KX again...

If you look close, there the same boards. I dont know if there the exact same.

huh? I WOULDNT EVEN TRY THIS AMP ON A 70a ALTERNATOR this thing sucks current. zx2500.1 > stock electrical system

im upgrading my alternator in about a week or two, just wondering what kind of power my subs will be seeing with the stock electrical

should do around rated

but be perpared for some voltage drops

the 2500.1's aren't a large current draw really. they're pretty efficient. depends on if you run them @ 2 ohms or 1 ohm then again.
