I now have a Kicker KX2500.1 that I have for sale but was offered a JL audio 1000/1 today should I trade him?

Is that a yes or no? I ask because I was asking $390 shipped on my amp and I see the JL 1000/1 go for $900 and up at local shops.

JL1000/1 has a very inefficient power supply, so that's one piece of JL product that i'd label as "overpriced"
