Kicker KX1200.1 vs ZX 1500.1 for CVX 10s?

I have two Kicker CompVX 10s hooked up to a Kicker KX1200.1 and i'm thinking about gettin a kicker zx1500.1 to beef up the power a little.

would i notice a significant difference in how loud they get?

if so, how much?

in essence, it usually takes DOUBLE the power to gain increase in output. couple hundred watts you won't hear any difference.

whats the biggest amp i can put on 2 cvx 10s without damaging them?

search the forums. also, whats the year? if it's the 06s, they can take some serious abuse (provided gains are set right).

well the zx isn't 1ohm stable as well..so if you have 2 dual 4ohm subs, then you're better off with the kx1200.1 plus it's cheaper.

x2, the new ZX amps are all 2 ohm stable, KX12001, is 1 ohm

made them all uniform, the older were some 2 ohm, some 1 ohm
