Kicker KX 600.4 vs Alpine MRV-F545

I have the 600.4 now and I'm wondering if I stand to gain much by replacing it with a 545. In 3 channel mode (2 channels in stereo and two bridged into one) the 600.4 is rated at 75 X 2 + 300 X 1 @ 13.8 volts. The 545 is rated at 125 X 2 + 500 X 1 @ 14.4 volts, but it's power rating drops to just 75 X 2 + 300 X 1 @ 12 volts. I'm not quite sure what my system runs at, but I'd guess it's higher than 12 volts, but less than 14.4.

it's possible you'd gain a small bit more power from the 545 since the kicker is gonna be rated a lil lower at 12v. even if those specs are rock solid, yer prolly lookin at a 20 watt difference at best.

My MRV-F345 (supposed to be 75x4 or 75x2+250) birthed at 104w a channel...just an FYI.

As it turns out, I think I was looking at the specs for the 345 instead of the 545. Besides, I measured my car's electrical system yesterday and it's running at 14.5 volts hot. So I would stand to gain a substantial amount of power by going to the 545 with the mono output (I'd be going from 300 to 500), but the stereo channels would be roughly the same. The 600.4 is rated for 120 in stereo @ 14.4 volts while the 545 is rated at 125. This is good because the subs are where I need the extra power. My comps sound fine running off of the 600.4.
