kicker cvx 12"s?

hey guys i know these are very nice subs, which is why i am looking at them but i have a few questions.

1st is its a kicker CVX 12" dual 4 ohm how much would be a rgood price for this?

2nd is what amp would you run this with? and would you recomend going 1 or 4 ohms?

A dual 4 can't be wired to 1 or 4 ohms... Only 2 or 8 ohms, if u want 1 or 4 u have to get a dual 2.

 

IMO if ur looking at Kicker, i'd run the L7 before the CVX and will be basically the same price. A Kicker ZX750.1 @ 2ohms would be perfect w/ a D4 version of either one.

 

Price wise will it be new or used?

hey these are kickers baddest round subs, they are the CVX's. They are 12s, and take 750 watts rms per sub, so total 1500RMS. They are dual 4, so they can be wired to 1 ohm or 4 ohm depending on your amp. They dont even have 10 min on them, as good as new

As long that they are in perfect working order then thats a pretty good price... Only like 125-130 per woofer is pretty good.

 

You can also get 2 12" Type-Rs BNIB for that price and will be able to take the same amount of power.

For what woofers?? The CVXs would work well in something like - 4.5 - 5ft3 @ 34hz w/ 50-60sq in of port.
