kicker cvr's or mtx 5500's

both subs are about the same price. the kickers are rated at 400wrms and the mtx's are rated at 300wrms..im on quite the budget for new subs. i have a pioneer mono amp that does 600wrms at 2ohms and 300 at 4. so any ideas on what the better one would be? and if none could you recomend something better in that price range.

Dono what the mtx's go for, but i know the CVR's can be had for cheap! And they get pretty loud for the price. CVR is a great budget sub. Id go with the CVR's i think.

cvr's known for a quality build that'll last.

Don't buy them new though, find someone selling them used.

Ya you can get them used even cheaper, even brand new ones on ebay are decently priced, but can be had real cheap used. So cheap that its not even worth it for me to sell mine for being as decent as they are id rather just keep them.

What is your budget?

the older cvr d models are svc 4 ohm and can be wired to 2 ohms.

Or the dvc 2 ohms can be series//parallel wired to 2 ohms
