KICKER CVRs...Any good???

This morning I was at my local car audio store. I saw 2 Kicker 15" CVRs there. Now will a pair of those pound hard in my sealed box hooked to a Directed 1100d. Are they dual 2 ohm? Are they worth $400? no they arent worth $400, lol. not even close. they are definitely very loud, but you can get them cheap. try ikesound.com. also, they come in dual 2 ohm and dual 4 ohm models. both about the same price. very very loud in the right vented box, see kicker.com for specs.

Will I get alot of spl from a pair of the CVR 15s faced out in my explorer? Will they drill?

175 a piece is a rip off for those. Sacrafice the convenience and get an ED K, Adire Shiva, or you may be able to get a Diamond CM3 at a local shop somewhere.

You can get a pair off ebay, brand new for about $180.00. They will pound HARDDD!
