Kicker CVR12 Smelly!

Why does my subs stink?I have 2 12"CVR in a sealed enclosure wired to 4 ohm,and I am using a MTX thunder 8302 amp,I know the subs can more than handle this amp,so why are they stinkin?It seem like all kicker's I have had stink like this,is this normal for the brand or is something wrong?Help please

But yea, try turning down your gain a tad and if you have bass boost on at all, turn it off
