Kicker CVR spider unglued!

I have a 2003 15" kicker comp cvr dual 4 ohm that was bought about a year ago. I was pushing it with a mtx 421D amp(300x1 rms into 2 ohms at 12 volts, 420 watts rms into 2 ohms at 14.4 volts).

Just recently it started rattling real bad so I stuck a multi meter on it and I got 1.9 ohms(wired in parallel). So I know the sub is good. I took it out of the box and the spider was unglued from the basket. No rips or cuts at all. It just came unglued. Could I maybe use some gorilla glue to glue it back together?

CA glue, but if you dont align it properly, it will cause the coil to rub.

Is it unglued all the way around? If so it will be harder to fix, if its just a spot then simply glue it back down.

What exactly is CA glue and where can i get it? Is there a certain method to aligning the spider? The spider did come unglued all the way around........wonder what the hell went wrong with this sub.
