Vastly superior subwoofer, plenty available in D2 or D4, and at a better price than your Kicker.
Sorry to bash on the Kicker, but if you haven't bought it yet, why not just save yourself the money and get something better? Especially with money being no problem...
But, sticking with the Kicker, it's rated for 500w, so I'd look at 500w amps at 2 or 1ohm, depending on the voice coil configuration you're going with. We need to know that first..
