You are a cheap ***, this is why you bought a refurb item. You got a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. You had a problem, they replaced the sub. You still have a 90 day warranty from the original date of purchase.
You seem to think that because the rep told you that because it was a new model, that you are entitled to the 1 year warranty. Did you also tell the rep that you had bought refurbs with a 90 day warranty? Probably not, you are a skid and are in this for yourself only. Buy one from a store and then swap it for the bad one, take it back and get a refund? You are a scamming POS bud, that is all there is to it. This is called fraud FYI and had you done it in my store I would have kicked your a$$ to the curb. Dude, call the kicker rep again so that you can believe what he tells you. When the Kicker rep tells you to "go eat a dick", I guess it means that you should.

You are the problem here. Had you gone about the problem properly you might not be in this situation. You took a item and assumed everything was done correct. You installed it, you should have checked it. You did not pay a shop for it so the only person to blame is yourself. Don't want to get flamed, start using some common sense, it is free out in the field if you want to go get it.
