So back in feb of this year i bought 2 12's refurbs from a authorized dealer online one sub was labeled wrong on the coils i never used a dmm to check the ohms just went off the labeling on the sub blew that since it was working against each coil, the other one the tinsel lead was bad and would play at times and not at other times, got them both replaced in april with 2008 models was told they would have a years warranty from date of replacement and i noticed when playing the subs with out music from my comps that one of the subs has a bad mechanical noise, so i callled today to get it replaced, and they tell me that even being a new 08 model they sent me it only carries a 90 day warranty from date of exchange but if you buy it online its a years warranty, makes no sense at all shitty *** service and company to back your product when the sub has a mechanical noise its the product and you cant replace it wtf is that. So like i told them i am stuck up with a faulty subwoofer and they wont do nothing bout it well trade yours in and give us 200 bucks and u can get a new one with years warranty fvck that i can buy a brand new one online for 200 bucks, what a joke, so i guess i will be buying a brand new one online and just swap out the new one with mine and return my sub back to the company i bought the new one from haha
