I have a sub box that is .85 cu ft. What will give me better sound 2 8's or 1 10? The spec on the 8's is .4 cu ft each and the 10 is .8. I have a kicker zx300.1 for the subs.
Also should fill the box with poly?
I have a F150 Supercrew and the subs are going under the rearseat upfire.
i have one 10" cvt with a zx400.1 in my MR2, it sounds decent but im already thinking of grabbing either a) a second cvt or b) an 8" w7.
I'm not sure what the 2 8's would sound like compared to the 1 10" but Im guessing they would be slightly louder. From what I have seen in the past (CVR's, L7's) kicker's in general are very power hungry speakers, my ZX400.1 is putting out 459rms but i think my CVt might still want more
It's a definately a good woofer for the price though.
