If you have the room for a larger ported box, go with the L7. If you cant fit a rather large ported box(for an 8" woofer that is) then go with the ID. ID will more than likely sound better but wont get as loud.

I currently have a tang band 8 but the tinsel leads broke i all ready repaired them 3 times and i am ready for and upgrade and want to stick whit 8" subs
