Kicker 600.1 blown or not?

Was running my Pioneer Premier ts-w3002spl with a Kicker 600.1 then just stopped during a song today. from the wiring it looks like it was wired at 1ohm which the amp is not stable with but it ran for a week. it was all hooked up to battery and both power and protection lights don't light up at all.

so is it time for a new amp?

The gain is the first thing you set. The bass boost if ever used is something you have to set very carefully. I never use the bass boost on my amplifiers. It's too easy to clip the amplifier that way.

X2.... I repair car and house amplifiers and I still can not figure out why there is a bass boost circuit on car amps and a loud button on HU's.

ok so i rewired this amp into my car because it was in my mates when it died and well it never died at all as it still works so i got off lucky but i've already brought a PCA2.760. turns out the 8gauge wire in my mates car we used 2 run the amp burnt out. lucky there wasn't a fire.
