Hey guys I am having some issues with my kicker fuse holder. It seems that when I first install it with 1/0 gauge wire everything is good and snug and all the connections are good, then after awhile the wires seems to work their way out and the bare copper strands become exposed. Is there anythin that I should be doing to be sure that this does not continue to happen? Its happened several times over the year and a half that I have had it in my car and I dont wan't some thing to short circuit and possibly cause damage to my electrical system or worse and start a fire. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Below is a picture of the fuse holder:

I don't know I am just really gonna try to tighten them down good this time hopefully all goes well. I'll just put a good amount of electrical tape over the whole thing as well just in case one of them comes loose. They aren't stripped or anything. Thanks for the advise guys.
