Please explain to me how the zx 1500.1 puts out more power than the zx 2500.1 @ 2 ohms. Last time I check the zx 2500.1 is reated at 2500w @ 2 ohms.

with the zx1500.1 running at 0.5 ohms it put out more power than a zx2500.1 puts out at 2 ohms(approximately 27-2800 watts). These were tests done by some guys from team kicker.

it was done by polecat(tracy) but i'm still wondering whether or not the amps can be run like dat daily, or is that only for burps?

oh ok, that makes sense. I thought you meant the zx 1500.1 @ 2 ohms puts out more power than the zx 2500.1 @ 2 ohms....i gotcha now.

I highly doubt that it could and I would not even try it. 1 ohm is pushing it and at .5 ohm the amp would have to do double the work of running at 1 ohm.

like i mentioned its a great amp that can be ran at 1 ohm daily, me personally will not run it less than 2 ohms.
