Kick Panel for Cobalts???

Does anyone know a place where I can buy a kick panel to fit a 5.25 or 6.5 speaker for my cobalt.

It seems people are having issues with water when replacing the stock speakers in the door.

Yes I have. I'd rather pay someone on here to make me some to be honest. My local shop would charge out the ***.
