Key Won't Turn in Ignition!

I have a 1991 Celica and I was fixing some rattles in the dash today. When I got everything put back together, and was ready to go to my sister's house, I put the key in the ignition and it won't turn!

There were a couple of screws that were by the ignition that I had to unscrew to remove the panels, but that is the only thing that I can think of that might have caused any problems.

It isn't the battery or anything, I DMM'd the batt.

Any ideas?

pull the wheel to the left or right and try to start, make sure your in park or neutral(sp?).

No, it was because the steering wheel was locked up.

This happened to a girl at school like 2 weeks ago......to end the story she started cryin i walked over turned the steering wheel and started it up....stupid *****
