I bought this amp for my new set up but it wasn't pushing what I needed, I tried to trouble shoot it and ended up touching the speaker leads together, which put the amp into protection. When connected it reads E-02. In the manual this error code claims "The unit has failed and direct current is flowing to the speaker input" For someone who knows a lot about amps this could be a rather simple fix, the bridge is blown from what people have told me. someone on here said they can fix it for $75 but I just don't have the time.
Simple specs are.
Mono subwoofer amplifier
600 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (1200 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms) it's kenwood so it's overrated.
Stable to 1-ohm loads
Flourescent blue display shows voltage, current draw, and temperature
