Kenwood Excelon XXV-05V Unlock Code?

A girlfriend of mine just purchased this unit from a guy off ebay and she doesnt know the security code to get it to play and they guy wont respond to her emails, I told her to file a claim on paypal but she said she did that when it took him almost a month to ship it, she said he had alot of feedback and it was 100 %. Do any of you guys know a way to get around this? She said she tried to call the manufacturer but they said she had to have her original purchase receipt. It's not a working unit without it.. So you probably should file another claim. If he has good feedback, he'll be interested in keeping that. Or file a claim through ebay.

Ok i'll tell her, she said she paid close to 800 for it so I think she spent more than she should have and could have found a better unit for that price....oh well I guess time will tell whether she got ripped lol.
