Hi all

So tried a straight swap of my existing stereo with the Kenwood DPX-7000DAB. I've attached the wiring diagram of both but having completed the rewiring the new stereo won't turn on?! I labelled all the wiring coming from the van and the wiring going to the old stereo before removing to make sure I didn't confuse any of the wires but to no avail?! I connected the yellow battery cable to yellow battery, red ignition to red ignition, black earth to black (the old wiring coming from the van also had a pink cable that was joined to the black earth so joined this as well) and then the two front speakers + and - to the van wiring to no avail. I wound the wires around each other and electrical taped (double checked the connections) to test (eventually will solder the wires together. Thoughts?
