Kenwood Access

I am not an audio expert so would like to ask for help from you who are. Probably a stupid question but I just bought a new car to me with a fancy Kenwood installation, one of those that the face rotates on when you shut it off to pretend that there is nothing there. After disconnecting the car battery the face will not open. There is a hidden button on the face to address this problem but it does not do the trick.

There must be someother way to make this thing sit up and work again. Power is OK

are you sure that your pressing the right button, if you tell me the model H/U you have i can probly help you.
