Kendwood dnx6140 won’t turn on subwoofer

Hi I am new to this forum I am looking for help I have Hook a amp and a sub in my truck but I can not get the radio to turn on the subwoofer on the radio and advise

What have you done so far? What have you tested? What vehicle and equipment?

What other language do you speak? Someone might be able to say it better that way.

Did you hook up the amp turn on wire off the deck? Are you getting voltage on the amp turn on wire when the deck powers up? Are you sure you have voltage on the battery cable? Check for good ground.
