Actually, I am betting it is public intoxication vs. DUI.

You don't drive a bike, you ride it. I wonder if there is a difference between motorized/non-motorized. There is a difference on the interstate.

I talked to a cop about it before.

he told me technically, I could get a DUI, but they wouldn't give me one. He said its not likely I am gonna kill someone riding my bicycle drunk, just may kill myself. And he told me that'd be one less drunk driver on the road, so they don't write tickets for it in my town.
