Kangaroux's Remixes

I've been taking in some requests and doing various remixes of songs. Basically I go through the song, completely cut the bass line and redo it. For example if you have a song you really like but the bass is really high, or it's a song with just kicks and no tones after it I can go through and redo it.

You can find all my remixes in a shared public folder. Whenever I do a remix I'll add it here: Files in Remixes - Kiwi6.com Mp3 Upload

Most of the songs are actual bass line remixes, some have been "decafed", others are flex/scare songs (see "black parade", "gotlows" and "chunk up the duece"). I'll mark flex videos with a "CAUTION" prefix. These songs commonly drop into very low 20's, so be wary if you don't have a sub sonic filter and/or your box is tuned fairly high. I'm a fan of high 20's and 30's, which is expressed in how I do my remixes.

If you wanna drop me a request you can, PM or a reply here is fine. Keep in mind that my ability to modify the bass line will only go so far, so if you want me to redo something like dubstep that's a different story.

Juicebox already peaked at 37-38hz on the original album version.
It peaks at 38hz in the original but it's really quiet. If you cut off everything but the bass and look at it there's not really much there. Hold on I'll snap a pic of the original and the remix and you'll see. Also, FYI the original juice box clips.

Is "CAUTION gotlows.mp3" supposed to be a slowed version of Rebecca Black? Because it is...lol
Yeah someone over at SMD did a bass remix of it that already had like high 20's so I boosted it (without clipping of course) and slowed it way down. NoPh33rRacing did a video of his XL's playing and it was crazy..

To Candeshop407 -- Here is the remix (top) vs. the original (bottom). The only thing loud about the bottom one is the kicks lol

lol, alright man, thanks. Grabbed all the "Caution" songs and the Fort Minor one, didn't recognize any of the other songs. (I don't listen to that genre)

so you are saying that if he used "your remix" that his score would've been higher since the "volume" of the bass line is "louder" than the original
The original is simply quieter compared to the rest of the song. You'll need more overall volume, more HU voltage, to make it as loud as Roux's remix(assuming same amp and HU settings).

Yep. You can make up for a song being quieter by bumping up your amp's gain to match the input not being quite as strong. However, in doing this, you introduce distortion and clipping. Dirty power is the absolute last thing you want when you're hammering on your subs for a straight 30 seconds.
