JVC CD player

My CD player is like 7 or 8 years old. Well anyways sometimes, it won't read a CD to play it and other times it sends staitc in tha signal to the speakers. Its in the CD plyaer part itself beacuse I don't have this problem with the Radio. Is there a way to make the CD player play all my cd's? Oh yea, and sometimes it can see a cd and ask me to eject it. Is there a way to fix all these problems, besides replacing the CD player?
