I was thinking about downgrading to a BXi1208D and returning my YT(I can, costco FTW) should I just do that?

return the yt and get a group 31. you shouldnt have too much dimming with the stock batt up front and yt in back. you dont really need an isolator unless you play with your car off alot.

also, a new alt will do wonders for you

cca doesnt mean muh, its ah rating you want to look at for car audio. this is how much reserves the battery has

you need at least the amount of amps in battereies as you do in RMS watts (2000a battery)

You can get away with that yellow top with a HO alternator i guess, but it would either upgrade to a bigger batt and bigger alternator

At the very least, a bigger battery. Kinetik 1800, 2000, something along those lines.

you just need more/bigger batteries. that will solve any voltage drop you have.
