Definitely don't just pay the ticket and admit fault. Here in SC if you go to court and no witnesses show up, the cop will usually make a motion to dismiss the case anyways and your free to go with no fine. Looks like minor damage at least, easily fixed.

And for the guy who said let them hit you, that's easy to say when sitting comfortably in front of your computer. But in a real situation that happens in seconds, natural instinct will tell people to try and avoid the accident altogether.

One new headlight, I opened them up and put the rings in.

Also do you have an LS? Since you knew about the LSE front etc.
