Was coming down in flow of traffic, some ******* decides he doesn't wanna turn left anymore and cuts right into my lane... I swerved to avoid him and that was that... I ended up with the ticket and the guy who caused the whole thing is long gone... FAWK MY LIFE

BTW, Nobody was hurt except me, I hurt my wrist I guess on the steering wheel from impact, but I am alright.

Take that to court. U can probably fight it and win. I had a ticket dismissed when i was in an accident cuz the retard cop said i was following too closely when i got rear ended and hit the person infront of me as a result. Cops are jerks and of lack common sense.

I hate these sonofa*****es that do this shiiT!!!! I just want to pull their puny necks and break them! I got hit pretty bad in my volvo 850 by an uninsured motorist. I had liability. I got ****ed. But if I see the rat again ill kill him. He thinks Im stupid, I will stick my foot up his *** so fast he would think I'm cupid.

Yea the thing I should have done different is let the guy hit me, therefore I would clip him and probably send him fishtailing and all of us wrecking...

I told this to the officer and he just had no response. I basically asked him if it would have been better to risk human life and causing an injury accident in order to keep from getting the ticket... It is so wrong that I lose in every possible situation here.

Thankful for having full coverage on insurance though.

Gunna call the insurance agent in the morning, I have AllState so hopefully I can get these sorted.

Let me add this is my first citation ever, I am 22 years old with a perfect driving record up until now, I want to fight it, but I am afraid my case holds no water without the driver of the explorer being involved... I shoulda just let the fucker hit me!

against any and all instincts to jerk away that is what you are supposed to do.. but pray you hit the side of him with your side if he gets out in front of you and you hit his bumper and no one but you two see it he will most likely lie all day and say you rear ended him for no reason.. and no way to prove you didn't really.. even if you hit the side of your bumper he can say you weren't paying attention and swerved last minute still clipping him..
