Just ordered the Infinity Referance

You shouldn't have any problem powering those speakers with that amp. One word of caution, though: the amp is overpowered for those speakers. I suggest you either get an amp with lower wattage (4x75, or 2x150), speakers with higher wattage (100+W RMS), or just be very careful when setting your gain and volume levels to avoid blowing your speakers.

Either way, Inifinity is a good brand. I have a Reference 611a driving my subs and it is very reliable; had it over a year and no problems. I also have Inifinity 6012 and 6012si speakers and they perform perfectly as well (I'm not a fanboi, my product choices just led me to buying the same manufacturer for both).

It may not be overpowering too badly, 139w on 75w speakers. Just keep the gains under control, for example set them so output will be a little lower than full power. driving 2 subs off 139w may be low though

I'm running a set of Alpine Type-X components (rated at 75w) off a Kicker SX600.2 (about 160 watts/channel) and have no issues.

Yeah.. the subs will be rather week. maybe do one sub, and bridge the amp? People always have a tendancy to want to buy subs in "pairs" (I used to too) but it's pointless unless you have the power and the space.
