Just ordered a battcap 2000, got a few more questions

I plan to be running a DDZ1a by the end of this summer. And as of right now I think I will get a 200-250 amp alternator. I've got 0 gauge running to the back. Got the big 3 done in 0 gauge as well. So my biggest concern right now is how to feed an amp of that size. I need an upfront battery (I've heard I don't-please express opinions). I'm wondering just what other batteries I need, what size/brand of h/o alt I need, and if my wiring is ok.

Ok for 4 runs of 0 gauge, would it be best to run it under the truck with pvc pipe?
