Just got in today from work to find a test sub that has been supplied by Steve Miller of RD Audio for my evaluation. Generally the sub looks good overall, nothing sticks out that worries me, and I do like the way they've arranged the bolts that hold on the spiders. Since I havent time to play with it today, i'll at least post pics of it and let you all take a gander at it.

Since I have my jeep torn apart at the moment for my wall build, the good people at RD Audio, Low-hz and I have come up with an idea - instead of using it just on a test setup at my shop here, we'll actually use it in competition at Carl Casper instead in my team mate Melonlvr's SPL vehicle. He's a world champion MECA record holder and a very capable guy, so we'll be playing with it to get the sub as loud as it can be for competition. Now we're not sponsored by RD or anything, but they were gracious enough to let us see how loud we can get this driver at a national event. That way if anyone has any question of its score, they can just look it up on the MECA website.
