Just got my Xbox 360 but...

Just got my Xbox 360 today but it seems like small parts of the game are blurly.

For example: While playin NBA 2k7 the scoreboard at the bottom is hard to make out the score at times,or while playin Fight Night 3 when i creating a boxer its hard to make out letters when typing a name.

Could it be because I dont have a HDTV and my TV sucks at life?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Or do I have any settings wrong?

BTW my TV is 27" if that matters.

what connection you using? just the yellow one? Then ya on crappier tv's it blurs, my 360 had a lot of blur and then switched to at least an s-video cable and it fixed all the text problems.

even if you dont go hd go svideo cable at MINIMUM its like night and day seriously, and if you can go component even if its not hd, but seriously xbox and the yellow cable just dont go together, theres enough colors and detail trying to be projected it blurs for that type.

i know it did for me, like a lot of the blurryness went away and like text whites and stuff were true white, and got rid of most color bleeding

I upgraded from a 27" Toshiba CRT(good tube tv, just not HD) to a 42" Hitachi 1080i plasma... made a night and day difference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif upgrade your tv!

Im still using compsite too. ill upgrade soon hopefully. Seems like whe have a lot of threads about games. I dont remember the last time i played my 360

I know jack about home audio/video but the place I bought mine from told me composite was way better than s-video.. Looks like I am gonna have to switch it up.
