I've kayaked off a 15 foot waterfall and remained upright in my kayak, pulled out carry up and ran it again! It was easy! Got boring really fast I thought! But kinda fun!

What is the difference between those $100 grills and these $6.00 grills, both are made of metal.

Well this was from a guy in Russia apparently with a CNC machine and cuts these rings out of an aluminum ring! It's cool! The grill is a small disc of perforated heavy gage sheet metal metal pressed into the shape of the edge of the aluminum ring perfectly! But they are not attached in any way until the aluminum rings are mounted to clamp them down!

And Alexander advertised somewhere here but I cannot find it.

There are six bigger than mesh holes punched out which fit perfectly right around and under the six rim mounting holes.

I bought two pair from Alexander but mine were for Anarchy 7" so not alot of options unless I wanted to use a pair of those cheesy grills in 10" - way too big and these were total quality. And I have money so what the hell ? I mean I didnt get into this hobby to save money lol

No it is NOT THE SAME!! That ring in the pic looks like spun sheet metal, not machined aluminum like Alexander's!

And I like ChasinBass' comment about not being into this hobby to save money! That's part of the fun! Buying ridiculously expensive things like $100 speaker rings over $650 a pair PHD speakers! Talk about excess!! I LOVE IT!

Yes, SIX mounting holes in each ring. And no they are not made for my speakers, they were made to my specifications, 6 inches in diameter over my 5.25" drivers to give them plenty of room to excurse. I'm not mounting them to the speakers but to the plastic cover over them in which there are molded in "speaker grills".
