My friend did just by a mazda3, it does drive / feel solid.

Mazda 6 is definitely an improvement. Looks like a mixture of the Lexus IS, LS, and GS models. I believe it's got more power than the RX8 as well, not sure which is faster though due to several factors like weight.

The RX-8 would rock the shit out of the Mazda 6, guaranteed.

Errr, a regular 6, yes, a Speed 6, depends on what you're talking about.

I had the pleasure of running an RX8 in my Speed3. He didnt keep up. Speed6 is the same drivetrain as the Speed3, with like 5 more hp, 10 more ft lbs of torque, something rather insignificant like that, but it's heavier and AWD.

Speed6>RX8 in 1/4, Speed6 vs RX8 in a balls to the wall run I'm not honestly sure.

Not everyone wants to spend $45K on a car, either ...

Base price on a 335i is $40,925 ... Maxima is $29.985 ...

Premium Package - Maxima = $36,135 ... 335i = $44,125

$8,000 more ... plus applicable taxes ... plus interest ... plus higher insurance ... plus higher maintenance costs ... worse fuel economy ... less warranty ... etc.

With the american economy going to shit, it seems like a great idea to drop that extra 10 Gs, right ?

Edit: For the record, I like BMWs and fully encourage you to buy one if you have the money.

No, it was the cars that came out of Volkswagen's Mexican shit factory ... Most of them were lower-end VWs, but there were a couple lower-end Audis and the Porsche Cayenne which came out of that shitbox, too.
The S4, though, would be German-made ...

If we're talking tuner cars, a tuned RX-8 would wipe the floor with a tuned 6 ...

Incorrect. My uncle manages a Large body shop that only does work for ALLSTATE insurance. The mazda 3 & 6, hatchback and sedan i know without a doubt are made by Ford. I never inquired about other models.

Hey I agreed that if you were talking about a regular 6 then yes an RX8 would walk the dog.

Dont know about tuned RX8's never seen or played with one, so I cant comment on that.
