Just got a 97 Grand Prix

Its pretty much all stock. It has quite a bit of rust on it. Wondering if anyone ahd some suggestions for a cheap solution to modify or fix thigns up insdie or out?

Just detail it at first, get the rust and any problems fixed. Just make it look nice stock before you customize it. Nothing worse to see than a rusting out vehicle with tons of aftermarket stuff on it (happens all the time in my town). After that, get some clear corner headlights, maybe the front lip off http://www.pfyc.com, or maybe that whole kit, it's up to you.

clubgp.com is a good forum if you were looking for one. get the basic tint, clear or black headlights and corners or maybe even the projectors. and get some grills and it will looks good.i bought all my stuff off ebay. cheaper than PFYC.com.

they looked the same in 97 and 98 as they did in 99 i think your talking about the pre 97 gen.

http://www.grafxwerks.com Guy out of Canada, names Ryan, does a ton of good work, I have some products on my car (not a GP, but a GA). Good prices, shipping's pretty fast. I'd get certain things off eBay, but the stuff you can't get you'd have to either buy used or off PFYC.

I agree. Get the rust taken care of and get the body looking decent first. Any pics?

Yeah I hate it so much, I wish mine hade the 98 and up bumper

Yeah they do look pretty goofy. Im thinking about putting a neon light behind the grill thats right under the hood. What do you guys think?
