Also just a little history. I worked 3rd shift for awhile as well and it was a nightmare! I changed my schedule around so I only work one a week now. Just try sleeping in the day while your baby wants to wake up. I am lucky because my baby sleeps till around 1000am and I get home around 730 and sleep a couple hours and then BAM, I am up taking care of her. I don't know if it would really be a good thing for you working midnights. It was a nightmare for me.
