Oh, and the iPhone 4 has phenomenal battery life...the best of any smart phone on the market at the moment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif The Bionic (and AT&T's counterpart, the Atrix 4G) will come with a 1930mah battery, compared to the iPhone 4's 1500mah battery. The difference is that the Bionic and Atrix have dual core processors, so they eat up more battery life. They do have a claimed 9 hours of battery life for talk time though, which is almost as much as the 10 hours claimed for the iPhone 4.

Actually, it comes out to the public on the 10th...unless they just decided to change that...
I still think you should cancel your preorder and get the Thunderbolt (4G!), or wait for the Bionic/iPhone 5. Much better alternatives.

The Mesmerize, Fascinate, Captivate, etc. are all part of the Galaxy S line of phones. There is no "Galaxy S phone" per say. Do you know when the dates are for those phones?

The Thunderbolt is rumored to come out on the 24th of this month. I'm 99% sure it will be released before the end of the month.

The Bionic is supposed to arrive in Q2 (quarter 2). I believe that's around the end of Spring. This is kind of odd though, given that the Atrix is coming out by the end of this month and is arguably the better phone (it may have a 5mp versus an 8mp on the bionic, and a 4.0" screen as opposed to a 4.3" screen, but it offers much more otherwise...). The Bionic will not have the Webdock and Laptop Dock capability //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Still will be a great phone though.

Thanks, I did peak at that one. I am due for an upgrade in about 2 weeks. I enjoy having a smart phone due to the massive amount of emails that come in and keeping up with the forums and such, and I admit I am curious about the 4G phone.

I believe you can add 5-6 email accounts on it, I'm currently using 2. It's not as powerful as the phones that Dylan has recommended, but I like it & it does everything I need it to.

I work for a phone company btw...I trust the build quality of HTC phones. The "Sense 3.0" interface is pretty sweet, too. It's the second best iteration of Android, second only to the "Pure Google" interface (which is just base Android). Motoblur ***** ass, but it's getting better. Samsung's TouchWiz is alright.

That's who I work for, the secret's out! (AT&T) lol

The vast majority of Motorola's phones up to this date have been unreliable and have shoddy build quality...They are looking to change that reputation with the Atrix/Bionic. I know a few people who have played around with one, and they said it was VERY well built. Long term reliability is tbd though.

Nothing like the Flipside and Bravo we have at our store...the backs WILL NOT stay on those phones, period. Not to mention they suck balls in the first place lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Don't even get me started on the Flipout...
