Well just got my zx350.2 back for the second time and i hooked it up with just the power, remote, and ground on it and it worked fine. next i added the rcas okay still good, finally i hooked up the speakers and sure enough the red light (protect) comes on and now it wont turn on at all. I had the speakers connected for like 5 seconds and they blew the amp wtf! (volume was on 15/60). What is goin on........im gonna have to send it back again and i don't want to go through this again. wtf is goin on??//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

Just because it's going into protection doesn't mean the amp's blown...unless you saw the magic smoke come out of it.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere in the speaker wires, and the amp is going into low impedance protection.

Check there first. inspect your wires from the amp all the way to the speakers. When i was installing my components, i accidentally put a screw through one of my midbass wires when reinstalling the side moldings. Amp didn't like that too much.

yeah but wouldn't it turn back on when i unhook the speakers if it wasn't blown? It doesn't turn on at all anymore.

unplug everything, leave it alone for 5, re connect everything but connect some random speaker directly to the amp (not your installed speakers) on a short perfect length of speaker wife, my guessis there is a short somewhere in your install.check all your wifeing for any bare metal.

If the amp was running fine until you hooked up a speaker wire, check that wire FIRST before you rip everything out.

I just got done ripping everything out, checked all the wires and everything looked good, everything was hooked up right......i have no idea wtf is going on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif As soon as i get the amp back i'm gonna run all new wires, new rcas, and before i turn it on im gonna bring it to a shop just so they can double check everything. Any suggestions as to whats goin on? I've had the amp fixed twice now and this will be the third and both times they replaced like 5 things on the amp. Any ideas?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif
