I have a 1999 Toyota Solara, I had two 12" JBL's in it with a Legacy 2400watt amp. Blew the subs, now looking to get some new ones, and maybe a new amp. Dont have a budget yet just looking into it. When I fold the seats down I see the amp and the power cap. Is there a way that I can have two subs right there and maybe two subs facing the back of the car in the trunk, with out going overduty on price and leaving me some trunk space? how many amps would I need? I wanted to go with Kicker subs, but 4 of em may be too expensive, or maybe 4 JBL's since theyre not too bad on bass. anyone get the idea im getting at please help me out, thanks.

You should try to keep all your subs on the same plain, you could get some nasty cancellation if you have 2 facing forward and 2 backward...
