I'd go w6. I have the w6 anniversary edition and that thing pounds. rattles my whole car with one. i got it hooked up to a tantrum 500.2 amp. sounds good. get it!

w6v2's are amazing SQ subs, and unless your a full on bass head, they'll get loud enough for ya.

true you can get more spl per dollar with a type r, but when comparing just one on one, it'd be a lie to say the w6v2 isn't loud...it gets freakin loud
