any help from any experinced persons would be greatly appreciated. also...does it make a difference what name brand wiring kit i go with? and lastly, is there any thing else i will need or would help the system hit and my jeep GC not fold? thanks for any insight.

4ga should be fine, but I would run 1/0ga if you plan on going bigger down the road.
Brand really makes no difference, but Knukonceptz makes good wire for a good price.
hey thanks for that piece friend, but any ideas to strengthen the foundation like capacitors or spare batt or HO alt or even the big 3? will i need any of this?

I'd say upgrade the front battery to an XS Power or Kinetic unit. You can call or email them directly for your specific application. Big 3 done in 1/0 wire will help as well. Also, getting a small rear batt from the same companies listed above will make sure your voltage stays at a safe level.

The 1000/1 is a very effecient amp, so there won't be enough current draw to require a beefy electrical system. I ran the 500/1v2 with a 300/2 kicker on just a stock 100A alt, Duralast Platinum and big 3; never saw below 14V during daily beating for extended periods of time.
